Provenance : 100% Stave quality for wine barrel application (tight or extra tight grain) coming from NT Bois.
Traceability : By batch, 100% French oak, majority sourced from ONF forest with PEFC certification.
Drying Process : 24 Month natural drying process.
Species : Quercus Pedonculata and Quercus Sessiliflora.
Size : Staves 47 – 57 x 6.7 x 920 mm
Toast : Toast M & M+
Density : Around 500 kg/m3
Humidity : From 5 to 10 %
