It reinforces and enriches wines during a slow aging period respecting the standardization of the variety and being very fresh and persitent in the mouth, with a bouquet of great style and enhanced personality. Very much a French oak style.
Oak from North-Eastern Hungary. The weather is warmer than Russia. Its physical structure is similar to French oak (medium grain - closed physical structure).
Its physical structure is similar to Tronçais French oak, an extra-fine grain. It's aromatic contribution is also similar to French Oak.
